Rates - Cleanse Program
3 Day Cleanses begin on Friday. Arrival time is from 4:30pm, dinner is at 6pm. There are no scheduled activities on your arrival day, just time to settle in, meet the staff and a have a good nights rest before your first early morning yoga class Saturday. Departure on Monday is after lunch 1pm or in time for your departing means of travel. There are no scheduled activities.
