What to Bring
We request that you arrive with the proper clothing and equipment for the activities planned. Please consult the list below to ensure you have all of the necessary supplies for your stay with us.
• Warm hat and mitts (pending on the time of year) • Sun hat and sunglasses • Sunscreen and insect repellent • Clothing for the yoga/stretch class • Personal toiletries and bathing suit • Long sleeved shirt or sweater (preferably synthetic fleece or wool) • One long sleeve and two short sleeve hiking shirts • Long hiking pants or convertible pants, hiking shorts • Hiking socks. Wool or synthetic. • Sock liners. Available at outdoor or running stores, these liners help prevent blisters and ensure a comfortable fit for hiking footwear. • Sturdy hiking boots (preferably waterproof), Trail Runners and Indoor running shoes • Sandals, Indoor shoes or slippers. • Rain gear- jacket and pants. • Camera • Hair dryer (if needed) |
We will provide backpacks, hiking poles and water bottles for use during your stay. Remember the weather can change quickly, and it’s important to dress in layers. Please ensure your footwear is broken in to prevent blisters.
Please note that we do not wear outside footwear in the Lodge so don’t forget your slippers or flip flops… We are happy to fit in a trip to our local outdoor outfitters should you need something.
