Terms and Conditions
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The credit card charges will be processed in Canadian dollars and exchange to your country's currency will be converted by your bank or credit card company.
All guests must sign an agreement of our policies and a release of liability form before starting their program with us.
Guests on our Retreats must be 16 years of age or older. Children (age 16-18 years inclusive) must be accompanied by an adult and is the responsibility of that attending adult.
Booking and Cancellation
Reservations are guaranteed with a $300 deposit for individuals and a $500 deposit for couples. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a confirmation notice, a list of things you will need for your stay with us, a questionnaire, a Medical form and a Policy / Liability Waiver
The booking deposit is non-refundable.
The balance of your payment is due 14 days before your arrival. If you must cancel your stay with us, we request a minimum of 14-days notice in writing. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received with less than 14-days notice. We may be able to reschedule your vacation within the same season and transfer your payment, depending on availability and the amount of notice we receive.
Cancellations less than two weeks in advance cannot be rescheduled and any fees paid will not be refunded.
We highly recommend the purchase of Cancellation Insurance. This can be purchased through your Travel Agent or Insurance Company.
We will always do our best to reschedule your vacation within the same season and transfer your payment, depending on availability and the amount of notice we receive.
