A Typical Day

Wake-up, you will be greeted by a friendly but firm knock letting you know it is time to get going on the day.

Gather in the yoga studio and begin the day with a cup of steaming green tea. Our instructor will lead you through a series of postures to stretch tight muscles and prepare you for the day ahead. Take time near the end of class to reflect on your personal goals.

Breakfast is served offering a foundation of nutrition for your day.

Head outdoors for the days hike with an individual packed picnic lunch.

Return to Lodge

Participate in kitchen time; make use of the gym equipment or relax tired muscles in outdoor hot tub and steam room.

Dinner. Gather around our beautiful wood dining table with your fellow guests and enjoy a thoughtfully prepared dinner.

Optional Activities

Optional activities available in our area also include: salmon fishing, ocean kayaking, marine tours, visits to local farms and wineries. These options are an additional fee and require advanced organization so just let us know and we would be happy to include these things into your package.
