The bigger gift you gave me, which I don’t think you know, is the change in my lifestyle. In the two weeks I was there, my mind shifted. Sometimes I say to myself, who are you? All for the better. Since I have been back, I continue to follow “good eating”. Andrea, it is wonderful what you taught me. Gina, I continue to do Yoga and walk each day. I have now lost 24 pounds and it feels really good. I am still enjoying life, don’t feel like I am on any type of diet, and the scale keeps going down. Everyone there has been an inspiration to me. I tell everyone my story, and I have had a lot of people asking for your website. Thank you for being great people, and changing my life. For me, the sky is the limit.

... as for the hiking, I reached places in myself that I had not been. Of course the scenery is beautiful but the challenges Mike gave us were right on target. Everything was AWESOME!
