Coastal Trek is a 12-room luxury health resort 2200 feet above sea level, situated on the picturesque Forbidden Plateau overlooking the Georgia Strait and the British Columbia Coastal Mountain range. A stunning view that creates an inspiring backdrop to exercise, re-energize and relax. Our 15 acre Vancouver Island property is mostly forested with various private trails for a perfectly quiet, relaxed stroll.

The Coastal Trek Lodge is fully equipped to provide an all inclusive experience.
