Terms and Cancellation AgreementTermsAll prices quoted are per person in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes (Federal GST 5% and Hotel Room Tax $8 per night). Federal Goods and Services tax (GST) is partially refundable for international guests. GST claim forms are available from your Travel Agent, Airline Carrier or Customs agency. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express only. The credit card charges will be processed in Canadian dollars and exchange to your country's currency will be converted by your bank or credit card company. We do not accept interact nor have a bank machine at this time due to the restrictions of a mountain location. All guests must sign an agreement of our policies and a release of liability form before starting their program with us. Guests on our Retreats must be 16 years of age or older. Children (age 16-18 years inclusive) must be accompanied by an adult and is the responsibility of that attending adult. All guest rooms are equipped with a bath robe. We do not offer ironing boards or irons in the guest accommodations at this time. Laundry service is available for week long stays. Guest participating in optional activities organized by Coastal Trek Resort will be subject to paying additional activity costs. Booking and CancellationReservations are guaranteed with a $500 deposit. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a confirmation notice, a list of things you will need for your stay with us, a questionnaire, a Medical form and a Policy / Liability Waiver The $500 booking deposit is non-refundable upon booking. The balance of your payment is due 30 days before your arrival. You can make reservations either by phone, or through our email form. If you must cancel your stay with us, we request a minimum of 14-days notice in writing. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received with less than 14-days notice. We may be able to reschedule your vacation within the same season and transfer your payment, depending on availability and the amount of notice we receive. Cancellations less than two weeks in advance cannot be rescheduled and any fees paid will not be refunded. We highly recommend the purchase of Cancellation Insurance. This can be purchased through your Travel Agent or Insurance Company. We will always do our best to reschedule your vacation within the same season and transfer your payment, depending on availability and the amount of notice we receive. Terms and conditions are outlined and followed through in the contract.
