6 Week Weight Loss Program

Similar in structure to our 1 week Health, Hiking and Fitness Program our 6 week program gives you that extra time in our healthy environment to achieve even greater and lasting results.

Program includes:

  • Daily guided hikes
  • Daily stretch and fitness classes
  • Meals and snacks prepared with your personal goals and preferences in mind
  • 2 -60 minute therapeutic massages per week
  • Entry and exit assessments, records of your results
  • 1 cooking class per week (includes recipes)
  • Daily laundry service
  • Transportation to and from the Comox Valley airport on arrival and departure days
  • Private room and bathroom
  • Use of the spa facilities including steam room and out door hot tub
  • a supportive and challenging environment that will help you reach your goals with

Optional Activities

  • visits to local farms

These options are an additional fee and require advanced organization so just let us know and we would be happy to include these things into your package.

Your activities will include:

Hiking:

All Hikes are guided by our professional Hiking guides and cater to all fitness levels. We hike throughout Central Vancouver Island and the nearby offshore islands. You will be hiking amongst high mountain peaks, deep shaded valleys, lakes, alpine terrain, rivers, and streams.

Yoga/Stretch Classes:

At dawn, all guests have the opportunity to gather in the Gymnasium to stretch out and prepare for the days activities with our wonderful Yoga Instructor. If you are new to Yoga, or experienced, this class is tailored to suit your individual needs. Its an amazing way to start the day.

Therapeutic Massage:

Revitalize your body by releasing toxins and stress. Various techniques are available to loosen muscle stiffness, relieve muscle soreness and increase circulation.
